Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached and intact.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
